Islamabad June 11, 2008: Co-Chairman of the Pakistan Peoples Party Asif Ali Zardari has condoled with eminent journalist Murtaza Solangi over the death of his wife.

Murtaza Solangi’s wife died in Washington on Monday after a brief illness.

In a condolence message to Solangi of the Voice of America the PPP Co-Chairman said that he was grieved to learn about the death of his wife. The loss of one’s spouse is a most painful and tragic experience of life, he said adding, “Our thoughts and prayers are with the members of the bereaved family” in his message.

Senator Asif Zardari also prayed to Allah to rest her soul in eternal peace and grant courage to members of the bereaved family to bear the loss with equanimity.
