The Respondents are reportedly guilty of corruption
and corrupt practices as defined in Section 9 of the NAB Ordinance and as such

According to a Press Report “Financial Scam Rocks Port Qasim

financial scam rocked the Port Qasim Authority (PQA) Karachi after
disclosure was made during Senate Standing Committee meeting on Port &

five years on one percent profit rate against the market rate of well over
ten percent. Thus causing huge loss on profits to the Port Qasim Authority.
-
That the Port Qasim Authority allotted 1400 commercial plots
to London based selected “foreign investors” related to a Karachi political
party amounted to “land grabbing” of government land in the name of setting
up of a cottage industry.
